Introducing Integrated Impact, Our Commitment to a Stronger Community
A Message From Our Founder
Here at The Letter C, our mission has always been to solve the often-overlooked, everyday challenges faced by families of children with special healthcare needs. This company was born directly from my own experience as an autism mama and management consultant, navigating a sea of repetitive forms and inefficient processes for my son. I knew there had to be a better way.
During this journey, it became clear that parents weren't the only ones burdened. The dedicated healthcare practices and nonprofits serving our children are also facing a crisis of administrative overload. Many are buried in the "work about work”—battling process bottlenecks, staff burnout, and a gap between the technology they have and the strategy they need.
That’s why today, I am so proud to announce the launch of Integrated Impact, the strategic advisory service of The Letter C.
Integrated Impact is our commitment to strengthening the entire ecosystem of care. We are dedicated to helping independent healthcare practices and nonprofits move from operational chaos to strategic clarity, allowing them to focus on their core mission: serving our communities.
Our Holistic Approach
We bridge the gap between technology and process strategy and human-centered organizational development, offering a holistic approach to tackling administrative burdens. Our services are delivered through two core pillars:
- Technology & Process Strategy Services: We provide clear, actionable roadmaps for modernizing your tools and streamlining workflows. Through services like our Back-Office Process & Tech Audit, we help you identify inefficiencies and develop a strategy for smart automation.
- Organizational & Strategic Services: We focus on the human elements of your organization. We facilitate strategic planning for leadership teams, conduct culture assessments to address burnout, and use proven frameworks like Kaizen events to rapidly solve process problems.
Building a Foundation for Knowlle
Every provider we partner with through Integrated Impact provides invaluable, real-world insights into the exact challenges our flagship product, Knowlle, is being designed to solve. This work doesn't just help organizations thrive today; it directly informs and accelerates the development of the Knowlle platform, ensuring it truly meets the needs of both parents and providers.
Let's Start the Conversation
If you are a provider or nonprofit leader ready to reclaim your time and refocus on your mission, I invite you to learn more. Let's build a more efficient and supportive ecosystem for our kids, together.
